Tenant of Arcona Property Fund N.V. in administration

Arcona Property Fund N.V. has been informed that the Polish supermarket chain Piotr I Pawel has been placed into administration. Piotr I Pawel is a tenant of shopping centres in the Fund´s portfolio.

Piotr I Pawel contributes 6.0% of the annual rental income of Arcona Property Fund N.V. with its three locations. The management of the Fund expects Piotr I Pawel to be taken over by a competitor and until that time it will fulfill its current obligations.

The dividend policy of the Fund is to aim to pay out ca. 35% of the annual operational profit as dividend. This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programmes as approved by shareholders in a General Meeting.
