Arcona Property Fund N.V. sells two office buildings in Slovakia

Arcona Property Fund N.V., a listed fund that invests in commercial real estate in Central Europe, has signed an agreement with a local investor for the sale of two office buildings (Pražská 2 and Pražská 4) in Košice (Slovakia). The sale price is EUR 4.55 million.
The appraised value of both properties at the end of 2021 was EUR 4.63 million. The occupancy rate at the time of sale was 76.8%.
Completion of the sale of both office buildings is expected at the end of January 2022. Part of the proceeds will be used to repay three short-term loans at fund level with a total amount of EUR 2.25 million.
