Arcona Property Fund extends ANCOM lease by 5 years

Arcona Property Fund N.V. (the Fund), a listed fund specializing in commercial real estate in Central Europe, has signed a new five-year lease agreement for the Delenco office building in Bucharest with the existing main tenant, ANCOM.
The agreement extends the lease period until June 30, 2031, with the option of an additional two-year extension. The agreement includes several pre-agreed flexibility options for the tenant but ensures that the rental amounts contracted for the first three years (through to June 30, 2029) are secured for the owner.
During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on June 24, 2026, the Fund indicated that it was in lease renewal discussions with the National Authority for Communications Administration and Regulation (ANCOM). The new lease agreement makes the building more attractive to a future buyer. This is in line with the (new) strategy approved by the AGM on June 24, which is aimed at further reducing the Fund's portfolio.
The Fund holds a minority interest of 24.35% in the Delenco office building. The interest is currently valued at EUR 3,894,000.
