Arcona Property Fund and Intive extend lease agreement in Szczecin

Arcona Property Fund N.V. has agreed an extension to and an expansion of the existing lease agreement with Intive S.A. for office premises in the MARIS building in Szczecin in Poland. Intive will rent a further 420 m2, taking their total occupancy to 2,700 m2. The term of the lease on the entire 2,700 m² will be extended by 5 years from 1 January 2019.

MARIS is a ten-storey office property constructed in 2006. The building provides 5,455 m² of lettable space and 119 underground parking spaces. The new lease agreement with Intive takes the occupancy rate of the building to 91.5% with effect from 1 January 2019.

 

Intive, a leading information technology company, is the largest tenant in the Szczecin property and one of the bigger tenants in the Arcona Property Fund portfolio.

 

The Management of the Arcona Property Fund is delighted that Intive has decided to expand their commitment to the MARIS building and looks forward to the continuation of this positive relationship.

The dividend policy of the Fund is to aim to pay out ca. 35% of the annual operational profit as dividend. This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programmes as approved by shareholders in a General Meeting.
