The Manager of the Arcona Property Fund is Arcona Capital Fund Management B.V. (ACFM). ACFM is a 100% subsidiary of Arcona Capital Nederland N.V.

The Arcona Property Fund and its manager, Arcona Capital Fund Management B.V. (the “Manager") fall under the guidelines of Directive 2011/61/EU for managers of alternative investment vehicles (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive), “AIFMD Guidelines” and the delegated regulations of the European Commission 231/2013 on “Regulatory implementation” as effected under Dutch law. The Manager holds an AIFMD Licence.

The Management Board of the Manager comprises Guy St. John Barker LLB FRICS, drs. Peter H.J. Mars and Hilbert H. Visscher. 

The day to day management of the Arcona Property Fund is undertaken by a professional team of fund managers, financing specialists and asset managers based locally in the jurisdictions in which the Fund invests.

The Fund Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and the day to day management of the Arcona Property Fund structure.

The Finance Specialist is responsible for relationships with existing and prospective financing banks to the Arcona Property Fund. He maintains regular contact to each bank, monitors compliance with covenants and ensures all financing terms and arrangements represent, as far as possible, current market conditions. 

The Asset Managers are responsible for the economic performance of individual assets, including supervision of local property management, maintenance of contacts with key tenants, leasing of vacant space and management of capital expenditure programmes.

The dividend policy for Arcona Property Fund is to pay at least 35% of the annual direct result as a dividend. The target is, within a three to five year time frame from end 2016, to increase annual dividend payments to a level of 8% of the prevailing share price.
