Arcona Property Fund is a closed-end listed fund listed on Euronext Amsterdam that holds a portfolio of 16 commercial real estate properties as of 31 December 2025. The portfolio has a value of approximately €51 million and is distributed across Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Ukraine (respectively 64%, 15%, 14%, and 7% of the value). Arcona Capital Fund Management B.V. manages the fund as an AIFMD-licensed manager.
The mission of Arcona Property Fund is to provide both institutional and private investors with a transparent, liquid and diversified real estate fund focused on the Central European region. The Fund aims to deliver both capital preservation and a high dividend yield. The Fund's dividend policy is aimed at distributing approximately 35% of the annual operating profit as dividend. This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programs, as approved by the shareholders at a General Meeting of Shareholders.
Investments
Arcona Property Fund is primarily invested in offices and retail property in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Fund is managed by Arcona Capital, who execute an active management strategy enabled by their deep local presence and long-term experience in the Fund´s core markets.
