Fund Management

We have over twenty years experience in the creation, structuring and management of real estate funds across Europe, with a demonstrable expertise in cross-border structures. Our professional team coordinates fund conception, fund raising (both debt and equity), initial investment programmes, asset management processes, fund administration, and eventual disinvestment. For these activities Arcona Capital is formally licensed by the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (AFM) under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) of the European Union. 

Investment Management

Our on-site teams facilitate the execution of targeted investment programmes for clients across Northern and Central Europe. This service encompasses strategic asset allocation advice, asset sourcing and selection, acquisition underwriting and negotiation support, due diligence management, debt advice and the arrangement of asset and property management services.

Asset Management

Our regional asset management platform is the strategic base for all of Arcona Capital’s real estate services. We believe that capable locally-based asset management is essential for the achievement of satisfactory returns from core-plus and value-added real estate investment. In most European markets, this competency cannot be successfully outsourced. Our in-house management teams work directly with our Fund and Investment Managers to source and acquire real estate assets, then to manage them in accordance with the pre-agreed management plan. This ensures the maximum income and capital value enhancement short and long term. 

Development Management

Our development management services are all-encompassing, covering design, permitting and tendering, construction and contractor supervision, sales and marketing and quality control for projects being undertaken by our managed funds and third party clients. In addition, we arrange and manage development finance from institutional and private sources.

The dividend policy for Arcona Property Fund is to pay at least 35% of the annual direct result as a dividend. The target is, within a three to five year time frame from end 2016, to increase annual dividend payments to a level of 8% of the prevailing share price.
